A FINE POINT TECHNOLOGY!

On a rock bucket in operation, the most important mechanical stresses are on the end of the tips.

Compare the technology of the S Houle tines to the competition. We are the only ones to have conceived of a tip according to the real demands found in the field.

In effect, for our BB, B, HB et SHB buckets, we utilize steel tips made of chromolybdene steel with a high elasticity limit and a higher steel density, forged in a geometry that takes consideration of the repartition efforts exerted. They also integrate a unique flange design that keeps the rocks inside the bucket. In addition, the shape of the tips has been carefully studied to limit the jamming of rocks and dirt between the tips.
