A FINE POINT TECHNOLOGY!
On a rock bucket in operation, the most important mechanical stresses are on the end of the tips.
Compare the technology of the S Houle tines to the competition. We are the only ones to have conceived of a tip according to the real demands found in the field.
In effect, for our BB, B, HB et SHB buckets, we utilize steel tips made of chromolybdene steel with a high elasticity limit and a higher steel density, forged in a geometry that takes consideration of the repartition efforts exerted. They also integrate a unique flange design that keeps the rocks inside the bucket. In addition, the shape of the tips has been carefully studied to limit the jamming of rocks and dirt between the tips.
See the comparisons when tested under tension…
For a 1 ½” (0.38 cm) tine, the SHoule tip supports 273% of the vertical charge and 244% of the lateral charge in comparison to typical points used by the competition.

WE LIKE SHOULE’S MATERIAL BUCKETS FOR:
- their tips made from forged steel, designed so they will not bend even under the most strenuous loads;
- their ability to support maximum weight up to 3 times what standard models can offer;
- their extremely robust structure.
